The focus is on defense, honor and discipline.

I love that it's not hollywood martial arts. Rather it is traditional excercises with good guy/bad guy practice. As a parent I appreciate the constant reminders to be a good person and a honorable martial artist. You just cant beat the price either. If you are willing they are ready.

Very Fun self defense based class. its great for fitness. Its also a great place to build confidence and self-esteem.
I've been doing this class for 9 years. It teaches practical self defense and leadership skills. If a student gets confused, the instructors are always there to help out. They are tough and real, so if you want something easy that you'll be good at quickly, this is not for you. They do not allow promotions that are not earned; if you test for promotion and aren't ready for it, they will be honest with you and help you fix any mistakes. They want you to succeed and if you stick with it, they will become like your family.
