Grand Master Preston, a student of the late Grand Master Tae Hong Choi (9th Dan) of Portland, OR is a world class instructor of Taekwondo. He has taught Taekwondo at the University of Washington for over 20 years and over 40 in the Seattle area. Grand Master Preston has taught some of the premier Taekwondo athletes on the local, regional, national and international level. He was also the 2008 Olympic refereee for Taekwondo, and a high ranking member of the World Taekwondo Federation in Seoul, South Korea and the USA Taekwondo.
