Taekwondo2xcell is a nonprofit organization designed to develop positive attitudes in students between the ages of 5 and 19. TKD2XCELL is affiliated with the World Taekwondo Federation and a Member of the United States Taekwondo Union. In addition to having a USTU licensed Senior Master Instructor TKD2XCELL is also affiliated with the University of Washington Taekwondo Club and is a home of many national, and international competitors.
By teaching life skills and the Korean martial art of Taekwondo, our program enables students to become confident, focused, and less susceptible to negative social pressures.

We emphasize courtesy, indomitable spirit, integrity, self-control, and perseverance. Students are supported, empowered, and encouraged to be leaders and role models in their schools and communities. TKD2XCELL is an after-school and summer program designed to provide a safe place where youth can come and interact in a caring environment with peers and a qualified staff.
Leon Preston is a State Registered Counselor and a State Certified Social Worker. His credentials include a Masters of Social Work Degree from the University of Washington.
Leon also is a 8th Degree Black Belt Master in Taekwondo and a First Class International referee in the sport. He has been practicing and teaching Taekwondo for over thirty-five (35) years and continues to give seminars worldwide. He works closely with US Olympic Coaches as part of his High Performance Development Association to develop skills and techniques in state and local coaches.
Master Preston was one of only two people in all of the Western Hemisphere to be selected to be a 2008 Olympic Games Referee in Beijing, China.
With his national and international contacts, he is highly respected in the Taekwondo community.
