Founded by Dr. Clifford Thomas in 1980, the Ramblers organization reflects the diversity of the community, including persons with various developmental and physical disabilities. All ages are represented in the organization, from children as young as three to senior citizens.

MISSION

To develop confident, successful leaders by promoting personal safety and security, as well as to build high moral standards that reflect acceptance and respect for all cultures.

ADRIAN H. SEEMANGAL, HEAD INSTRUCTOR, PRESIDENT& CEO

MISSION
To develop confident, successful leaders by promoting personal safety and security, as well as to build high moral standards that reflect acceptance and respect for all cultures.

VISION
--Our organization promotes successful and meaningful futures for children, youth, and adults through the teaching of both the physical and spiritual aspects of martial arts and practical methods of self-defense.
--We strive to inculcate moral strength and integrity through the cultivation of leadership skills, including the development of a positive sense of self-worth and confidence to face life’s challenges.
--We promote a strong academic foundation and work ethic, which assist with the development of career goals.
--We advocate a sense of personal, family, and social responsibility with a respect for all cultures.

No contract is required. Payment each new session for 8-week sessions offered year-round through the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC).

Thursday: 6:30 p.m. (Children/Adults - Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced)
Thursday: 7:30 p.m. (Adults - Martial Arts Kickboxing)
Saturday: 9:30 a.m. (Children - New Students)
Saturday: 10:30 a.m. (Children - Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced)
Saturday: 12:30 p.m. (Adults - Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced)
Saturday: 1:30 p.m. (Self-Defense for Seniors)
