Tommy Chen and Edna Gambella bring over 50 years of experience to martial arts and group exercise with over 5000 sq ft of room to work out and master your skills. We have Kinder Karate (ages 3-5), After school program with pickups, beginner and advanced classes. We offer MMA/kickboxing classes with a full cage, self defense classes for women and compete in many tournaments both local and out of state.
