I’m in my mid forties and this not only helped my chronic pain but also made me sweat, tone up my core and entire body and is not just for older folks! Instructor is legit and a gem to this area in my opinion. It’s like a beautifully choreographed dance, martial arts and moving meditation all in one! Feel energized and relaxed after class and my stress is minimal and I sort of just float through my day!
