The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Synergy Karate Academy:
At our school, the goal is to provide the most comprehensive, age-specific martial arts training available on the market today known as SKILLZ™. The SKILLZ™ programs include an international revolution of martial arts fitness and educational training that targets the age-specific needs in children. We’ve taken the coolest parts of martial arts from a variety of styles and combined them into action packed curriculums that help children build skills that they can apply into every area of their life! This means that age 3 and up will have a blast in their martial arts classes while learning valuable skills that enable them to BE the BEST they can possibly be!
SCHEDULE
Monday and Wednesday
4:30-5:10pm - Ages 5-6
5:20-6:00pm - Ages 3-4
6:05-6:45pm - Ages 7-9
6:50-7:30pm - Ages 10-14
Tuesday and Thursday
4:30-5:10pm - Ages 3-4
5:20-6:00pm - Ages 5-6
6:05-6:45pm - Ages 7-9
6:50-7:30pm - Ages 10-14
7:30-8:15pm - Adults 15 and up
Friday
4:30pm - Demo Team
Saturday
9:00-9:45am - STORM Team 2nd Sat of the month only (upgraded membership)
10:00-10:30am - Pre-evaluations by appt
10:30-11:00am - Make up classes by appt
11:00-11:30am - Forms class
11:30am-12pm - Sparring class
1-6pm - Reserved for birthday parties - see the front desk to schedule your birthday party!
