Great program! Good for the whole family, adults and children. The classes are free, the Instructor is wonderful. We could not afford to put all of our kids in karate classes, and this program allowed us to afford it plus we can be involved with them. The environment of class is great, everyone has fun, yet gets a great workout. Students learn Bible verses and Christian life skills, which is a part of their rank exams. Prayer happens before and after class. It's been a real blessing to us.
