After 2 years of learning Taiji with Master Sun and his instructors, the positive impacts of Taiji practices on my physical and mental health becoming more and more obvious — less often to catch cold, better sleep, more energy, stable weight. .. And, all of us at Sun Taiji school has never stopped being amazed by the martial art and Taiji skills Master Sun demonstrated and taught us. It is like he has so much we can learn from. Every time when we run into Master Sun come to the class to help teaching, we can’t help feeling it is so good to have come to the class! Everyone at the school was very patient and made it very welcoming when I first started. with absolutely no experience in Taiji. It is hard to believe it has been years passed.
