Summit Taekwon-do

This Taekwon-do School is headed by 4th Dan Instructor, Kathy Lynch (member of the United States Taekwondo Federation.) Taekwon-do is a Korean martial art in which students will learn blocking, punching, kicking and much more. Self defense is an important part of this program. Students are encouraged to test for belt ranks as they progress in learning Taekwon-do. Taekwondo provides an excellent workout for adults and children alike. Students will learn all of the skills of Taekwondo which will also increase flexibility, coordination, strength and self confidence. Students are able to compete in USTF tournaments, which are held throughout the year.
