My son is a special needs child. I was told by his school that he should not participate in competitive athletics because he’d get hurt. Sensei Federico took him on as a student. Now if they can only see my son throwing kicks, jumping in the air and breaking boards with his Sensei!!!
Great and realistic training

Great dojo. Real skills are taught. All aspects of self defense situations are covered from grappling to boxing to kicking and punching. Combat is also taught. extra special attention is paid to all students.

This Sensei is a real person, a real martial artist, and a real former champion. He's great with the kids and teaches old school but in a way that any one willing to do their bast can learn martial arts! I've been with Sensei Ferdico for 3 years now and my children have grown into very talented martial artists. He's not running a day care, he's an old school Sensei.

Russ started training in 1988 but I’ve been training with Russ since 1993. He was brought up the old school way before dojos were McDojo’s! He teaches martial arts so that anyone who is willing to give 100% can learn.

I was tired of having my children train at schools that milk you for every dollar possible while providing little instruction. This guy is the real deal!
I saw Master Ferdico teach a class at the martial arts weekend retreat. He is teriffic! His teachings are practical, he is fun, tough, and the kids respect him.
