SubForce BJJ has one of the best Jiu Jitsu instructors in the tri-state area

I am a student at Subforce and I love it here. Marcos Duarte (Alliance Brown Belt) is one of the best instructors I've ever had. His instruction and breakdowns of techniques make it so easy to learn. He teaches cutting edge techniques and his students reflect that. Marcos is a great competitor and an even better human being. I have been with him for several years now and I have no desire to train with any other school.
Great people, great instruction. Professor Marcos is second to none! I have taken every adult class and have been happy with all of them. There is a welcoming environment for all ages body types, genders and experience levels.
