What I love most about studying under Sifu Carlos is that he has found a beautiful balance between the traditional understanding of Chinese Martial Arts (both internally and externally) and the practicality of everyday self-defense scenarios. Carlos will push you to reach new heights in your physical and mental abilities, as well as instilling a newfound confidence, stillness and mindfulness in you.
