a great gym to learn self defense, get an excellent workout, and have fun with the family.

After meeting the instructors at the Sturgis Academy I knew our search for a dojo was over. My daughter and I signed up right away and are having a blast.
Very positive atmosphere for all ages. The instructors are good role models for the youth and great peers for the adults. I love how its economically cost efficient for everyone to afford. You and your family will not be disappointed. Two thumbs up sturgis tkd.
