Excellent youth wrestling and boxing program. One of the best MMA schools in the North East.
Great place to train for the serious fighter.

A very laid back atmosphere with excellent training from instructors with backgrounds in multiple styles
A lot of great fighters in MMA, Wrestling, Grappling and Boxing.
Our Boxing team won the 2010 Western New England Golden Gloves championships.
Great place to train MMA, boxing, and Grappling. Awesome youth classes in wrestling and boxing.
