Programs & Class Schedule
Strike Back Martial Arts offers the following programs:
Adult / Junior Jujitsu:
People looking for a more traditional approach to martial arts programs such as Jujitsu can find just that at Strike Back Martial Arts. The adult and junior programs cover striking, throwing and grappling making students well rounded in their abilities. After students learn a particular skill set they are shown and taught how to use it functionally in a self defense situation so that they can have the confidence in knowing that what they are being taught can be effective in a real world setting.
Jujitsu Buddies:
The Jujitsu Buddies program provides a comprehensive introduction to the world of Jujitsu and Martial Arts to kids on the Autism Spectrum and in the special needs community. This is a 9 week session that runs throughout the year. All classes are open to the general public.
No Gi Jujitsu:
The No Gi Jujitsu program is an adaptive Jujitsu program designed for tweens / teens on the Autism Spectrum that benefit from more individualized and self-paced instruction. All classes are open to the general public.
Strike Back Fitness "Strike-Fit":
The Strike Back Fitness program was created to provide teens with Down Syndrome (DS) a safe and accepting environment that will allow them the opportunity to participate in physical activities and exercise. Strike Back Fitness is a low impact fitness program structured and tailored to the needs of the Down Syndrome population. All classes are open to the general public.

Adult Jujitsu: Tuesdays: 7:00-8:15 pm
Jujitsu Buddies: Saturdays: See website for dates and times
Junior Jujitsu: Saturdays: 9:00-10:00 am
No Gi Jujitsu: Tuesdays: 6:00-6:45 pm
Strike Back Fitness: Mondays: 6:00-6:45
