I began training here about 2 weeks ago and I love it. I'll be doing jiu jitsu too when I finish the foundations classes for muay Thai. Come and check them out you will not be disappointed.

I’ve trained at various Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA gyms across the Atlanta area, but never really felt at home. Straight Blast Gym Buford is that place for me. Not only is the coachint, facility, and training all top notch, but the difference maker for me is the gym community. I’ve never found a friendlier and more supportive group of people.

About 6 months ago I began training in SBG's Muay Thai classes. About 2 months after that I started doing jiu jitsu too. I was eventually able to convince my wife to ditch her LA Fitness membership and join me as well. Now she does the Kickboxing classes and absolutely loves it. Once she was sold we got our 5 year old son doing jiu jitsu, and plan on having my youngest begin training next year when she turns 3. Great gym with very good coaches and a positive enivronment.

The coaches at SBG do a great job of holding you accountable and letting you know that they care. The other people in class we're super welcoming, when I first started, and it makes exercising a lot more enjoyable when you're surrounded by people that you like. I'll never be able to go back to a big box, LA Fitness, type gym after being at SBG.
I enrolled my children (6&9) into Straight Blast Gym's Kids program earlier this year and it has been one of the best decisions I have made for my family. My daughter was initially hesitant to participate in a program that is mostly dominated by boys but after about a month she fell in love with it. My son was all about it from the start and has flourished at his new sport. They both recently competed at the New Breed Jiu Jitsu event and we couldn't have been more pleased by how involved the coaches, students, and other parents were. The coaches are very hands-on, patient, and supportive.
I would highly recommend having your kid (or kids) give SBG a try. It has been wonderful for my children.
