Seen too many people paying for a black belt and still cant fight their way out of a paper bag. In class you will learn how to protect yourself and end a fight quick we don't play.

It is for every one male of female old or young disabled or in shape. Come learn what works and what don't. 90 percent of doing it is just show up every day. Come practice and have fun. Jokes are Free and you get out what you put into it. There is no favoritism he treats every one the same. Don't believe me come see for your self. i did

I've been a part of 6 martial arts programs of various traditions throughout my life, but Sifu Crider's organization is by far the best experience I've had. It isn't a commercialized outfit out to sell a bunch of black belts and foam nunchukas. It's a man who's lived a tough life out to pass down some ancient Kung fu knowledge he's picked up along the way. Nothing more, nothing less. You'll find an excellent training atmosphere with bare essential trade specific equipment and unassuming household items that you'll discover are better workouts than full sized gyms. I unfortunately don't attend anymore because I moved out of town for a job, but the things I learned I will always keep close when walking down dark alleys, and I'll always remember Steve as my SiFu. Give Steve your business and it may be painful, but you won't regret it if you're serious about martial arts.

I've looked for a school like this for many years.

Highly recommended.
