State of the Art Tae Kwon Do ~ Master Henry Hyde is a 6th degree black belt and the Master instructor, with over 35 years experience. Sheila Hyde is a 3rd degree Black Belt, Senior Instructor with over 8 years experience.
Traditional Taekwondo, Olympic style sparring, kickboxing & Self Defense
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at State of the Art Tae Kwon Do:
@ Estero Recreation Center: (Must be rec center member ~ NO CONTRACTS)
~ Traditional Taekwondo ~ age 6-adult ~ 4:00 to 4:50pm Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
~ Traditional Taekwondo ~ age 6-adult ~ 6:00 to 6:50pm Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:00pm on Fridays
~ Taekwondo Extra class ~ for all enrolled ~ 5:00pm to 5:50pm Mondays
~ Olympic style sparring (sport class) 5:00 to 5:50 pm Wednesdays
~ Kick Boxing ~ 7:00 to 7:50 pm Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:00pm Fridays (Friday class is extra @ no charge & can be cancelled due to tkd)
@ Bonita Springs YMCA: (Do NOT need to be Y member ~ NO CONTRACTS)
~ Traditional Taekwondo ~ age 6-12 (kids class) ~ 6:15pm to 7:05pm Tuesdays & Thursdays
~ Traditional Taekwondo ~ age 13+ (Adult class) ~ 7:15 to 8:05pm Tuesdays & Thursdays
@ Pasadena Community Church, St. Pete (NO CONTRACTS)
~ Traditional Taekwondo ~ age 6 to adult ~ 5:30 to 6:30 Tuesdays & Thursdays
