Most days they begin at 6, 7, 8. Kail they do weapons knives, knive defence, They also teach stick fighting that can be applied to swords and machete and police batons. This is taught at 7 ever time.
The jeet kun do focuses on kick boxing and wing chin.
The silat looked like no rules muay thai with limb destruction and effective take downs.
They are open 3 days a week, Monday Wednesday, and Saturday no sure what time Saturday class's are but they are still 3 hours. Monthly rate is 95 a month no contracts. Wear what you want to train in. They very friendly and know what u need. They do background checks
