I have been training with this school for a few years and I am amazed at how much I have evolved since I have started. More importantly, I have been encouraged to adapt the arts to fit me. Most schools I have trained with try to change the individual to make the art work for them whereas this school promotes the true essence of JKD: to tailor the arts to fit the individual. The techniques I use and how I use them will differ greatly from a smaller or larger student standing next to me, and that is how it should be.

I have been studying here for over two years and I am very impressed with how I have grown. These arts are not easy to learn, but if you stick with it you will impress yourself. I recommend this training to anyone with or without prior training. It won't matter simply because there is so much to learn in each and every art. It almost seems endless, perhaps it is. Don't worry if you don't know if you will match the art, because the art will match you. These arts are meant for the individual, not solely the art.

The school follows the Bruce Lee-Dan Inasanto tradition with a blend of several martial arts. The instructor focuses on improving each student with lots of individual attention. No egos, tough guy swagger or long term contracts just excellent martial arts for kids and adults.
