the instructors at this dojo know what they are doing, the kids have learned a lot about self defense as they move thru the program.
I have worked through the kids class, and graduated into the adult class. The kids class was great because they teach you how to defend yourself in a bunch of different situations. The adults class is amazing. They teach you how to make the moves you learned in the kids class much more effective. You get to work with a wide range of height, weight, and age.
