Spirit Aikido is part of True North Active Body Center in Eden Prairie. We are proud to be part of the aikido community in the Twin Cities.
We offer aikido training, with daytime and evening classes for your convenience. Our dojo is friendly and welcoming to new people, adults and kids, men and women.
Our aikido lineage comes through Koichi Tohei and Bill Sosa. Please feel free to check out our website, contact us for more information, or drop by for a visit.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Spirit Aikido:
Aikido Regular Classes (adult 13 years and older):
Mon/Wed/Fri from 12-1 PM
Tues/Thur from 7-8:30 PM
