Best martial arts school in North texas The Nevels and the instructors are phenomenal at working with the kids and genuinely care about customer service and student needs. If you don't go to Spartan fit mma, you are missing out.

We have been coming to Spartan Fit MMA for a few years now. Sensei Reyes and his staff have helped my Son and many others build the mental and physical agility they need to succeed in many areas other than just MMA. Because of Spartan Fit MMA my son stretches himself to succeed. If you are loooking to help build confidence, get physically fit, overcome obstacles, and develop emotional intelligence then Spartan Fit is highly recommended.

Very informative on the breakdown of the moves in a way easy and clear for kids of all ages to understand and duplicate. Each child progresses as their understanding allows, but all of a sudden one day you just notice something clicks in them and they begin accelerating at a rapid rate! With encouragement, we enrolled my son in a couple of tournaments with six to nine months experience. Each tournament he was up against kids with a considerable amount more experience, and he had no problem with any of the competition. The level of advanced teaching that he received was evident from the individual time spent with each child in class. This place is a great environment with plenty of fun incentives for the kids. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to prepare their kids with self defense techniques or self discipline.
