Honest and straightforward, free 30 day trial! Authentic black belt bjj instruction and high level, traditional Muay Thai boxing. Great for anyone from the experienced athlete to the beginner. Friendly classes, even for women and amazing children's program. I can't say enough about coach Jon Heleotis and the authenticity and high caliber of his classes.
