Spartan Academy
Training ARMAK Spartan Pankration, and incorporating influences from other functional, combat-tested systems. We offer functional, real-world, survial based combat expertise. We train armed and unarmed techniques to protect yourself in the modern world including, but not limited to: dirty boxing, knives, batons, and tactical gunfighting.
We offer multi-discipline, cage-tested, competitive Mixed Martial Arts. We train in primarily Pankration, and also our coaches are versed in a variety of common MMA styles including: Knight Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Kali, and Kickboxing.

LIL' SPARTANS
Our juniors class for children between 7 and 12 years of age. We teach the fundamental building blocks of Pankration, including both striking and grappling.
AMAZONS
This is our Real-Life Women's-only self-defense and empowerment community, focusing on the tools women need to actually survive a life threatening encounter.
WEAPONS
Our weapon training covers a variety of contemporary and archaic weapons. Weapon training is important in a complete combat system, as it hones your precision, timing, and range.
FITNESS
Our fitness training is very intense and comes from two primary sources: Martin Rooney's TFW (Training For Warriors) program and straight from the U.S. Army physical training manual.
STRIKING
The striking system in Spartan Pankration can best be defined as boxing, but not as you've seen it. The only rules are no biting and no eye-gouging (and we get a little lax on that second one, when it comes to self defense).
GRAPPLING
The grappling system in Spartan Pankration can best be defined as wrestling, but once again - not as you've seen it. An American wrestler or Greco-Roman wrestler will recognize some of the techniques, but they will be surprised by others.
