A great place to study martial arts

I have been going to this dojo for about 3 1/2 years now and it is great. The instructors really know what they are talking about but not just that- they are dedicated to teaching those both young and old the arts exactly as they were taught by their instructors. They teach discipline while still maintaining a fun and active atmosphere. They not only teach you how to physically perform, but how to be strong mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as well. I would recommend this dojo to anyone- young or old- new or experienced in martial arts. I am so happy and proud to be a part of Sparta Karate Academy.
