The atmosphere here is very friendly and relaxed, and the students of all ages work well together. Time is taken to truly give good instruction and the instructors are terrific!
There is even a class where the elderly come and feel very comfortable trying all sorts of self-defense moves and conditioning.
Great teachers, friendly, I love it here! I look forward to coming to class every time!
