best school for real martial arts...

This is the best school I've found in Madison. The head instructor is not only very qualified but also clearly cares very much about the students and their ability to absorb the art (especially how it relates to actually using it for defending yourself). Even the dojo itself is Japanese in appearances. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
