Southlake Martial Arts
Southlake Martial Arts’ curriculum takes a modern twist on Taekwondo and is a complete program designed to teach respect, discipline, integrity, self control, confidence and self esteem. As our students train they improve mentally, physically and emotionally, because we cater to the students age and ability. With the help of our curriculum, it is our goal to help you succeed in all areas of your life and ultimately become a leader, regardless of age. This way you can get the best results for you.

Programs & Class Schedule
Little Hero Program (Ages 4-5):
Our program emphasizes the core values needed to excel in school and our instruction teaches the basic fundamentals of self defense in a positive environment to help foster confidence in kids.
Basic Program (Ages 6-12):
This training system is an entry level trial program designed to acquaint a person who has never taken martial arts before. Students will become familiar with basic martial arts moves, self defense and the Life Skills needed to succeed in today’s society.
Black Belt Club Program:
Specially developed program for all students regardless of age or rank. It represents the highest level of our “Success through Goal Setting” philosophy. Black Belt Club members are those individuals who have set their goal at “Black Belt” and make a commitment to study and train until achieving that goal.
Master Club Program:
This is our advanced class for kids. Curriculum is designed to push the limits of technique and coordination. Students learn new weapons, such as kamas, sais, sword, bo staff, double nunchuk and kali.
Martial Arts for Adults(Ages 13 and Above):
This training system is effective for adults, no matter what the fitness level or age. It teaches the basic fundamentals of self-defense while providing a strong cardiovascular workout. The physical and personal benefits of this system can help teens and adults: • Relieve tension • Increase stamina • Lose weight • Reduce stress • Develop a new enthusiasm for life • Gain confidence • Improve coordination • Spend time with your friends and family in a fun environment.
