A serious Aikido dojo.

When I say serious, I mean fun and safe. Only in a serious dojo can practice be both. Over decades I've trained with many teachers and styles of Aikido. Sensei Ben is an extraordinary teacher. He is at once martial and gentle. He corrects according to each student's ability and knowledge. More than once I've heard him correct one student while telling another student the correction is not for him or her. When he notes a problem, he backs up to an intermediate step.
This spirit flows equally to weapons training. In Southcoast Aikido, I have found a home. I came here knowing I had gaps in my training and now I am filling in those gaps.
