No nonsense, Traditional Martial Arts and Philosophy

Very traditional Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido. Philosophy is taught along with the physical techniques.
It is a great place for kids to learn. It is not just the physical training, but the mental training as well. Kids learn at their own pace but are pushed to do a little more every time. Adults are challenged every day and kids are taught to seek challenges and exceed expectations. It is a great place and I have seen so many kids grow up there.
