Sogo Ryu World Arts
Sogo Ryu World Arts is an organization founded for the structure of community and protecting the ones you love from harm. In any martial art it takes discipline to grow skill and to be formidable with the ability to
protect yourself, but this is only an outcome of training in martial arts.
Foundation gives you the structure to use your body as a weapon for controlling or avoiding conflicts. Martial Arts isn't for killing people, it is for self-awareness of the possibilities of the human body, death is a possibility.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Sogo Ryu World Arts:
- Boxing
- Capoeira
- Isshin Ryu Karate
- Judo
- Kempo/Kenpo
- Tai chi
Programs & Class Schedule
Capoeira Mondays/Wednesdays at 6:15 for kids till 7:15 then 7:30 to 9:00pm for adults
Isshin ryu Tuesdays/Thursdays at 6:00 for kids till 7:00 then 7:30 to 9:00pm
Boxing/MMA Monday-Saturday 4:00-6:00pm
Judo Friday/Sunday 6:00-8:00
Tai Chi Saturday 10:00am - 11:30
Kempo - thursday from 5:00 pm till 6:00
