Great for all ages and body types

On your very first day of class you will be handed the syllabus for everything you need to know to advance yourself one belt to another. This is very rare among martial arts schools. Beyond this standard you will also be taught techniques in Brazilian jiu jitsu, MMA and kickboxing if you wish. For kids and adults alike self defense is also a top priority
I have been a student in this school for 3 months but have been studying martial arts almost all my life and I find the teaching here is excellent
