We offer classes, coaching, and personal training in fitness, diet & nutrition, and martial arts of the following disciplines: MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Judo, Wrestling, Boxing, and Taekwondo. We offer several fantastic kids programs for children as young as five years old! We train everyone from professional athletes to stay at home mothers. We have a stellar competition record, with decorated coaches and decorated students.

Our gym is located in downtown Lufkin, Texas and is a 5000 square foot facility consisting of over 1300 square feet of high quality grappling mats, 18 heavy bags, a full sized competition boxing ring, and more! Programs & Class Schedule

We are open six days per week with classes in grappling (Jiu-Jitsu/Judo/Wrestling/Sambo) and striking (boxing/kickboxing/Muay Thai/Taekwondo) to suit anyone's schedule!

We offer classes for kids ages 5-7, kids ages 8-12, and for everyone ages 13+! Come check out our school by trying a free class while you meet our friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Wednesday: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM
