Bamboo Forest southern praying mantis is a very challenging method of self defense, one which will test your mind as well as body.
Riley Boyer Sifu only teaches small groups, he focuses on lots of 1:1 instruction.
i recommend him to all who seek true skill and absolute motivation to be better daily.
oh ya his instructor taught BRUCE LEE!!
