my whole family was involved there and the lessons were great. Fun and motivating. my kids loved it and it helped them in every part of there life. i wish there was a way for my family to fly there every week to train. we only left because my job had relocated me to another state. thanks for everything Sensei Simkin
Excellent instructors. Challenging criteria. Good way to develop self defense skills., improve your situational awareness in a very dangerous environment and an excellent work out also!
