I've been working with Chris & Kate since Sept of 2015. GREAT instruction in a wonderful, clean setting!! My ability to focus increased significantly within the first 2 weeks of working with Kate. Thank you for all you do!!!!

A great Dojo and Sensei

We've been studying with Sensei Chris for 3 years and highly recommend his classes and Silver Dragon. It's a great facility and great balance of fun, fitness and superior instruction.
I didn't even know if I would like Karate, but the classes were dependably uplifting. I always felt better after going, and got good "classical" training, but really it was the self defense advice, little things like pointing out that you can grab and pull on a person's ear that were "outside the box" for a nonfighter, those things made this class great. I also got to train every day with people many many belt levels ahead of me, which improved my physical confidence, made me want to come back. .. as a newbie, it's the best ever!
