I've been a student in this dojo for over five years. It's changed my life in so many positive ways, it's hard to put into words. I am now a Black Belt/instructor. I would highly recommend this dojo to anyone looking to improve his/her confidence and martial arts skill level, and to continuously improve himself/herself both mentally, spiritually and physically. Give this dojo a try. It offers free trial lessons and training.
This school is excellent. The dojo teaches traditional martial arts as well as modern techniques. The students get a variety of fighting/self-defense training: grappling, throws, sparring, katas, etc. I highly recommend this dojo.
