Sik Paldakan Do is reality based martial arts

First attended a self defense class in November 2016. Learned a lot of practical techniques to be aware and defend myself. Ended up loving the class so I am now a member. Because the class is a small size, I get more one on one attention and feel that I can advance quickly. Supreme Grandmaster Ian Sanchez is also very funny. He only wants what's best for his students. For everyone who is interested in learning self defense, I would definitely recommend his class.
