Sik Paldakan Do (SPD) is a Filipino Martial Art. It is a system composed of non-telegraphic movements, simple yet effective techniques designed for practical use.

Grandmaster Ian Sanchez is the founder of Sik Paldakan Do. A former Executive Protection And Tactical Instructor, he created this system based on his personal and real life expeOur main goal is to help students to train and have the proper discipline, build self esteem, be prepared and learn how to practically protect themselves in any given situation.
