AKANA RATING RICK AND RANDY RATING A+ . BUT HEAD IN INSTRUCTORS HAVE A POOR KNOWLEDGE IN THE HUMAN ANATOMY .- = DO NOT NO THE MUSCLE SYSTEM ,NERVOUS SYSTEM ,BLOOD VESSELS SYSTEM ,SKELETAL SYSTEM.!!!! JUST THE ATTACK POINT. THEY TALK BEHIND PEOPLE BACK.!!!!!! THEY DOWN ALL KARATE , KUNG FU SCHOOLS AROUND ROWAN & CABARRUS COUNTY.
