Karate training the way it should be

I originally came with a friend who was interested in putting his son in the kids program. However, we came in late and we both got to witness the adult class. We came back the following day and was surprised that the intensity level for kids were the same as the adults ! The school is not for weaklings. There is no doubt that these guys (and gals) are extremely dedicated to their training.
