Tuesdays: Martial Arts for Kids 4-5pm, Aikido 6-8pm, Ba Gua 6-8pm
Wednesdays: Meditation 7-7:30am, Aikido 7:30-9am, Tai Chi 9-10:30am, Improvisational Martial Arts 5-7pm, Ba Gua 6-7:30pm
Thursdays: Capoeira 6-7:30pm, Aikido 6-8pm
