Excellent instruction, fun classes, and great family atmosphere

My son and I have had the pleasure of studying with Mr Shreeve and still do. HIs instruction and personal attention is outstanding. His demeanor and methods are superb and my son and I always look forward to coming to class. I enjoy and benefit from the physical workout and martial arts and am pleased with the respect and confidence that I am seeing instilled in my son. I've taken martial arts in the past and anyone looking for a place to learn martial arts, self defense, self confidence, get more physically fit, or simply have an enjoyable experience to look forward to that leaves you and or your children with a sense of accomplishment would be hard pressed to find a better place than with Mr Shreeve. Do yourself a favor and go take the free classes he offers. You won't regret it.
