My name is Damian Triana, I am 33 years old and I have to say that Sensei Peter Spencer is the most amazing and knowledgeable instructor. He has a lot of experience in Martial arts and, more than anything, he knows how to transmit his passion for Shotokan Karate. I was researching for a long time trying to find the best Martial Arts School and since my first visit to Sensei Spencers dojo I felt that I belonged to that school. I am absolutely happy to be a part of his dojo and, since I started my training there, my knowledge, techniques and physical condition have incredibly improved.
I strongly recommend this school, not only because of the importance of practicing exercises but mainly because, if you want to feel what love for martial arts really is, Sensei Spencer‘s school is the perfect place. It is a pleasure for me to be an active part of this team, which is more than that, it is like my family.
