Only for those who are truly serious about training in a martial art and not just looking to get to black belt as quickly as possible. All the Sensei's are well versed in what they teach, great at explaining techniques and applications, and have lots of experience. They are also hands on- they don't just tell you how to do something, they show you and are actively involved in what they teach.
