Elliot crushed the 3rd and 4th Medicarpals in my left hand. He also beat up an old man/patient in an elevator where he worked because the patient wanted to leave the hospital. Another of the black belts started dating the wife of the senior black belt at a club in Westminster and broke up their marriage and destroyed the club in Westminster. Elliot also destroyed another club in Annapolis as well by taking over the club and chasing off students by being a really bad instructor with a really bad sneering attitude. While Shotokan is thriving with many clubs in Pennsylvania, this group is the reason that Shotokan clubs in Maryland die a quick death resulting in very few East Coast Karate Association affiliated clubs. I never understood why Master Okazaki did not see what a sadistic bunch this group was and how much they are damaging his reputation and limiting the growth of his organization.

This karate club is one of a kind. The kids’ classes are great and taught by patient and kind yet knowledgeable instructors. You can tell they really care about the kids. The adult classes are phenomenal. You will get a good sweat and learn a lot. I highly recommend this club for children, men and women! Beginners are welcome at any age. We have members as young as 6 and as old as in their 80s! I have been training in Shotokan Karate for over 25 years and have been at this club for over 7 years. What I have learned and continue to learn at this club is invaluable.
