This is the best aikido experience I've ever had I highly recommended. You will feel and notice the progress right away even if you've never taken any martial art training before, you can practice at your own pace any one can practice aikido regardless of age or gender. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help each other making the learning experience highly motivate, and fun.
Had the opportunity to experience and introductory class in Aikido
and the level of instruction and knowlege is amazing! Very friendly group. I truly enjoyed the experience the and if you are looking to follow the path of Martial Arts this is the place to be.
