The simplicity of life it's what you make it ! You do or don't, say yes or not, up or down. All those things are connected, the yeng yang it's everywhere that's why after a long stressful day I go to Shorinji Kempo classes to do the
good stress and to eliminate the bad stress, it's a feeling of being a live again
with a sense of rebirth, which makes me responsible for my "happiness "!!!
Shorinji Kempo is a unique, traditional, classical and original art, to understand
the difference I recommended to experience it for your self.
Shorinji Kempo a non-profit organization and with a very good techniques
designed for self-defense with philosophy also uses meditation to control and
correct breathing. So after many years, my life and happiness it's all in the dojo
and out of the dojo!!
